What this system does
Every client has cycles, and every cycle has an invoice, instalments and an advertising spend. The system works out each client's profit from the commission and the tax difference, closes the months, and produces the fiscal year's profit and its split between partners. Your data is stored on your own computer, in the program's own database; the program works offline, and needs a connection only to activate and to re-check the licence periodically.

LICENSING AND ACTIVATION
How the licence works
- Each licence is activated on your computer with the SHKA code sent to you by email.
- The number of computers depends on the plan; moving a licence to a new computer is done through support.
- The program works offline for a limited period and re-checks the licence whenever it is connected.
- Monthly and yearly plans end with their term; the lifetime plan is a perpetual licence with no expiry date.

FAQ
Common questions
Where is my data stored?
On your computer, in the program's own database. The licence centre knows only your licence and devices; no client or invoice data is sent to it.
Does the program work offline?
Yes, for a limited period after the last licence check. It needs a connection to activate, and then periodically to renew the check.
Can I move the licence to a new computer?
Yes, through support: we release the old computer and you activate the new one with the same code.
Is there a trial?
Yes — ask the SHARK team and a time-limited trial licence will be issued to you.
What happens when a monthly or yearly plan ends?
The licence ends with the term, and you renew it by buying a new term. The lifetime plan has no end date.
